You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to state the reason for this.
For complete deliveries of all goods ordered, the time limit is 14 days from the day when you (or a third party nominated by you, who is not the transporter) take(s)/took the goods into your (their) possession. For partial deliveries of goods ordered, the time limit is 14 days from the day when you (or a third party nominated by you, who is not the transporter) take(s)/took the last of these goods into your (its) possession.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify us – Fidlock GmbH, Kirchhorster Str. 39, 30659 Hannover, E-Mail: email@example.com – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an E-Mail). You can use the template withdrawal form (the link can be found below on this website), although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the time limit for withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of the exercise of this right of withdrawal before the expiry of the applicable time limit.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments which we have received from you (including shipping costs but excluding additional costs which result from you having selected a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without delay, but in any case within fourteen days of us receiving the notice concerning your withdrawal from this contract. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction to make this reimbursement; in no event will you incur fees for this reimbursement.
We may decline to make the reimbursement until we have received the goods to be returned or until you have furnished proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

without delay but in any case within 14 days from the day when you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. It is sufficient to comply with this time limit if you send the goods before expiry of this 14-day time limit. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to bear loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a mode of handling which is not necessary to inspect the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
If you return the goods, we kindly request you to use the original packaging, if you still have it.
